There are two forms of diesel
emulsification equipment, one is continuous and the other is intermittent. The
diesel emulsification process can be completed in two modes of operation. The
two emulsification devices are now introduced as follows:
First, the introduction of continuous emulsification device
The continuous emulsification device is shown
in the following figure. The whole system consists of water tank, diesel tank,
gear pump, flow meter, static mixer, metering pump, emulsifier tank, high shear
emulsification pump and so on.

二、 The introduction of batch emulsification
device
The batch emulsification device is shown in
the figure below. The whole system consists of a high shear emulsification
pump, a flat cap reaction kettle, a high shear emulsifier, a transfer pump, a
flow meter, a static mixer, and a finished tank.
