SV static mixer type internal units
have been assembled by the well-designed corrugated sheet, the product itself
has no moving parts, relying on the units of the special structure and fluid
motion, make mutual miscibility of fluid dispersion, mixed each other, and
achieve good mixing effect. SV type unit is composed of a certain
specifications of the corrugated plate assembly of cylinder, applicable to the
viscosity of 102 centipoise or less liquid - liquid, liquid, gas, gas, mixed
gas, including reaction, absorption, extraction, dissolution, emulsification,
etc., can also be used to strengthen the heat transfer process. The SV
type is easy to enlarge, which is more suitable for large installations than
other types of static mixer. The application examples of the reaction process

neutralization reactor, as a pre-mixer for the isobutylene hydrating reactor.
Application examples of the absorption process include: replace the filling tower

filling tower for pure water ozone sterilization, etc. The application
examples of extraction process include phenol used in n-503 extraction
wastewater and purification of Chinese medicine. The application examples of
emulsification process are: used for cosmetics production, fuel oil and water
to prepare emulsified fuel oil, etc. Application examples of mixing process
include mixing of gas/liquefied gas, mixing of air/oxygen, oil refining for oil
refinery, etc.
